Return Policy (45 Days)
We, at Local Hardwear, want you to be truly satisfied with our product. But, if for any reason, you are not, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Since original standard shipping is always free within the continental U.S and we allow you to ship the product back to us by any method, return shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchange Policy (90 days)
We, at Local Hardwear, stand by our products 100% and believe them to be the finest quality on the market today. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If, however, you have a product issue such as tarnishing, bending, crystal loss, etc. with one of our products within 90 days of purchase, please notify us via email with the nature of your concern and we will happily supply you with a full replacement (same product) or Local Hardwear credit toward any other product. (Scratches from use and normal wear and tear are excluded from the above exchange policy).
Lifetime Warranty
Local Hardwear provides a lifetime warranty on breakage of our products. Our purse hangers are sturdy and can endure large bags and heavy loads up to 20 pounds. Please exercise reasonable judgment.
Return & Exchange Processing
Mail your item(s) and a copy of the packing invoice or online receipt back to us at the following address using the shipping method and carrier of your choice (USPS first class mail is always the least expensive). No requirements on our end except receipt and inspection of the original product(s). Therefore, insurance and delivery confirmation are optional. Once received, our staff will efficiently process your return or exchange within 7 days. And, remember, our free shipping applies to exchanges.
